Rose Bowl Parade

What a great time to be a Buckeye!  Our team travels to Pasadena to face the Oregon Ducks in the 2010 Rose Bowl.

Since not all of us have tickets to go to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, the OSU Alumni Club of Greater Cleveland will be having it’s own minature version of the Rose Bowl Parade on January 1st from 10:00-11:00 in Parma, OH.

The family-friendly parade will feature several home-made floats, Buckeye Music, and candy donated by B.A. Sweetie Candy Company.

Anyone who would like to march in the parade is more than welcome!  Please plan on meeting at the Fifth Third bank on the corner of Ridge Road and Regency Drive in Parma, OH at approximately 9:30 AM if you would like to march.  Parking is available in the nearby parking lot plaza where Michael’s Arts and Crafts Store is located (along Ridge Road).

The parade route is approximately 1 mile and will take approximately 40 minutes.

The parade shall end with a pep rally in front of 5415 Regency Drive.

Following the parade, the official OSU Alumni Club of Greater Cleveland Game Watch party is at the Fox n Hound, 8735 Day Drive in Parma, OH.  You are more than welcome to stop by the Fox n Hound to watch the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade (starting at 11:00) followed by some college football action, and most importantly the Rose Bowl.
